Ring your friend and invite her/him to come to your party. 6) Your husband is away on business in Singapore for a week. Find out what the caller wants. Tell the caller that you will get your husband to ring her when he comes back. 7) The caller is your friend. He asks you to play tennis with him this Friday evening. But you can’t go. Give your reason and fix another time. 8) You’re looking for a 2-bedroom flat. You have seen an advertisement in the newspaper. You call the landlady about the flat, the rent, location, facilities, transportation, etc. And you want to arrange a time to have a look at it.
